GOD BONES BLEW SO HARD, I LIKED THE LAST TWO SECONDS WHERE BRENNAN PUT HER HEAD ON BOOTH'S SHOULDER AND THAT WAS PRETTY MUCH IT (I MISSED THE BATH/BEER SCENE UNFORTUNATELY). YES, ALL CAPS ARE NECESSARY.

It was so weeeeeeeeird??? These last few weeks have actually been good (and like, this is the first stretch I've actually been watching Bones on live television for? Uh, I'm sorry this parenthetical aside is so weirdly worded) so I guess I expected the BIG FINALE to be good too, but yeah, no. It's not even that I'm kind of pissed that Zackaroni is GONE (although I am), they just... kept presenting things in really anticlimatic ways and it just... blew. YOUR WORDS. Booth and Brennan were SO GREAT throughout though, I loved the end tooooooo. And damn, the bath scene! I like! Cannot quite express how much I enjoyed it?

Seriously, they just kind of threw everything in there and there wasn't even any POINT to it. Like, really, did Zack have to be assisting the killer eater cheese guy? Yeah, it was so weird how all of their grief was like, focused on him leaving or how I didn't give him anything on not on the fact that HE KILLED A GUY SO A WEIRDO COULD EAT THEM. And I mean, it's Zack! Zack wouldn't do that! He... I... DON'T EVEN KNOW. Wtf.

My sister and I missed the first few minutes of Bones, and the part we came into was the beginning of the Booth in the bath scene. I mean WHAT. We just looked at eachother and said "ACCEPT THE CRACK" and moved on.

Especially since I totally turned on the TV expecting some sort of hospital scene, where Booth consumes gallons of pudding. Or, like, some sort of trial what with how Brennan TOTALLY SHOT THAT WOMAN - or, you know, something. And then it's like LOOK IT'S DB NAKED IN A BATH AND BONES COMING IN AND BEING AWESOME. I swear to you, I thought it was some sort of dream sequence at first.

They glossed over the whole shooting to a kiiiiind of ridiculous degree. Like, they fake his funeral and next think you know he's running around beating people up?

Actually, at first I thought they beer helmet and the bath rack was part of some sort of elaborate, made up for TV medical device to keep his bandage from getting wet while he bathes? But apparently gunshot wounds aren't all that serious in Bones land?

Seriously, this episode was kind of insane - and it so grandly failed to tie up anything in a satisfactory way, it was almost like some crazy sort of performance art on the part of the writers. ("That episode didn't suck! It was avant-garde.")

The part that did actually get me, though was Brennan putting her forehead against Zach's. Something about that was just so... lovely.

I don't know, I find it weird that they ended with the weird Vanessa/Dan and Nate/Serena walking happily down the streets montages like, SO SOON after all this Nate/Vanessa stuff started. The helllllll?

I kind of understand why Dan and Serena broke up. I love them, but their reasons did sort of... make sense. I have faith that the'll be okay!

BUT I like Serena/Nate. just because in the books, it was usually Serena/Nate/Blair. And Dan was just... like a loser. lol Georgina getting owned? I agree. So lame. I seriously expected more. AHAHAH this whole episode was so nonsensical, it's true! And I actually never read the GG books, so, yes, I honestly know nothing, but ughhhh, Serena/Nate is so off. AND SERIOUSLY, like, the Chuck/Blair stuff was so out of character for both of them. I mean, they went from limo hookups to I HATE YOU and then all the sudden they're ~*~in love~*~??? Chuck's turnaround at the end was so weird too??? I mean, it wouldn't have been if not for the ~*~I love you~*~ part, but, like, ugh, I don't even know what they were trying to do with that subplot. And I seriously can't even figure out what happened with Rufus and Lily?

I wasn't really into Nate/Vanessa either, but I guess I missed that breakup? I don't know, it seems like a weird thing to... introduce and then throw away? But yes! It's funny, Dan and Serena are my faaaaavorites, but their breakup is the only thing that even sort of made sense to me.

Yeah I really didn't get the whole Chuck/Blair thing when they were all lovey dovey.. it was just awkward!! The ending was like.. um okay. happy summer? In the books, Nate and Serena spend like a summer together and that's when they slept together (but it was in the first book) I don't know if they're going to do that. I don't know if Nate/Vanessa broke up. I don't know if it was implied or what. Dan/Serena is win, mostly because of Dan! Hehe Their break up was understandable, YEAH the only thing that made sense.

i've been slowly trying to convince my roommate to watch bones with me over the last few months, because she watches house and it's on right before and no one else watches it and it's fun. and now that she's actually been watching it with me, this episode comes on. like. what? this was the crackiest they've been in awhile. some of it was good, like the beer/bath/bones/booth (HAHA THOSE ALL START WITH B) and all the forehead action, but the rest of the show was just kind of whuuu?

and by the way, i think the damn scar is under that little white patch taped to his chest. but it's nothing, you know. people have full use of their SHOT SHOULDERS just two weeks after they're shot. they can totally take down bad guys with no problems at all!

I KNOW, ZACH? ZACARONI? EATING PEOPLE? TOO FAR WRITERS, TOO FAR. PUT DOWN YOUR PENCILS AND YOUR CRACK BECAUSE YOU'VE MOVED TO THE BAD KIND.

The whole episode was off, and sloppy, and the suspense was just not even there and UGH I HATED IT ALL. Except the small Hodgins/Angela and Booth/Bren they gave us.

But Dan and Serena were woeful, and Chuck and Blair were just weird. It was good and then (last night) things got weird.

Ugh, the more I think about Bones the ANGRIER I GET. The way they handled the shooting was ACTUALLY RIDICULOUS? I honestly don't understand how they would've pried Brennan away long enough to convince anyone that he was dead and then he pops up well enough to BEAT PEOPLE UP??????? And I cannot cannot cannot buy the Zack thing. Like, they didn't even bother to foreshadow, and Zack has always had REGARD FOR LIFE. Ugh. Ugh ugh ugh. I wish I could displace that wonderful, wonderful bath scene and put it in another episode.

It's weird, I feel like Mondays haven't really let me down once post-strike (well, except for last week's HIMYM), and in finale week they kind of all crashed and burned? HIMYM to a lesser extent, because even though it was a fairly weak episode it had more than one delightful thing. I mean, I seriously have NO IDEA what they were going for in Gossip Girl?? Rufus and Lily chose... what??? Nate and Vanessa was for what? God knows what they thought they were doing with Chuck and Blair.

YES I KNOW. I expected Booth to be in hospital for the majority of this episode and then it was like he was totally fine. At his funeral I was like, I recognise that creepster in the background! And then it was flashing to Booth and Suz was laughing and me and yet, THE WHOLE THING WAS SO RIDICULOUS.

There was no foreshadowing with Zach, he cares about his friends. When he was in hospital (with that ridiculous PCA - who gives a PCA to someone who can't use his hands? Not to mention my other issues with the fact that HODGINS was pressing it, and that there was NO LOCK OUT TIME and Hodgins pretty much narc'd Zach!) I never even considered Zach, the whole episode I was like, not Cam! Not Sweets! Not Hodgins! ...it's Zach? SERIOUSLY?

And YES. Mondays have been totally wonderful right up until now, so it was so disappointing to have them all have horrible finales together. We watched HIMYM first because we though it'd be the least intense (last week we watched Bones first and couldn't sit down for half an hour) but this week, I was just like, man I wish I had HIMYM to cheer me up now! And Gossip Girl was just so rushed and just .. UGH.
