AHAHAH this whole episode was so nonsensical, it's true! And I actually never read the GG books, so, yes, I honestly know nothing, but ughhhh, Serena/Nate is so off. AND SERIOUSLY, like, the Chuck/Blair stuff was so out of character for both of them. I mean, they went from limo hookups to I HATE YOU and then all the sudden they're ~*~in love~*~??? Chuck's turnaround at the end was so weird too??? I mean, it wouldn't have been if not for the ~*~I love you~*~ part, but, like, ugh, I don't even know what they were trying to do with that subplot. And I seriously can't even figure out what happened with Rufus and Lily?
I wasn't really into Nate/Vanessa either, but I guess I missed that breakup? I don't know, it seems like a weird thing to... introduce and then throw away? But yes! It's funny, Dan and Serena are my faaaaavorites, but their breakup is the only thing that even sort of made sense to me.
