Last night dudski resurrected the top fives meme, and it reminded me that as many times as that has gone around I haven't done it since like, 2007? Maybe 2008? So eons, in internet time. (Which means you can even feel free to default to asking me to the most boring, basic top five questions if necessary!) BUT UM YES: please ask me top five-type questions!!

I've been staring at your icon for the past two minutes. I feel like I should know who it is, but I just... don't. Although my deduction skills are mediocre at best - when I decided I was super ~into~ Soshi I still couldn't tell apart Yoona/Seobb/Yuri, what is wrong with me. I feel like in kpop people just throw around the word 'useless' way too much, no one is useless in a group. But they especially pinpoint girls in their respective bands, which is really the worst. I mean, practically every 2PM member is pretty 'useless' if we're being judgemental, but no one really comments on that. Wow, that was mean. I love you really Chansung!! Alot of the reason Yoona is the most recognisable to the Korean public is because of her acting, which has definitely contributed to Soshi's current popularity. It's not because she's ~always in the middle~, jeez. Lol forget YG, Sandara practically promotes 2NE1 on her own. If I see another article on allkpop about another of her me2day posts, I will die. She also talks about Mblaq more than anyone else ever does. She is a marketing machine!! Omg she so is, I adore that picture from Nylon of her in the minnie mouse mask, uh.

I just feel that everyone is talking about how great I Am the Best is, and I'm still sitting here jammin' to I Don't Care. And that is circa 2009 I think, it has been YEARS. Teddy is alarmingly inconsistent, I think. Lol that CSJH single!! That is the best example of classic SM mediocrity, but there was something oddly appealing about it. CSJH are kind of the Queens of shitty SM ballads, they really should have come back with one of those. TRUEST STATEMENT ABOUT SM EVER MADE. Exactly! I really want Luna to sink her teeth into something that really showcases her great/flawless she is.

It seems I have no perspective on quality anymore, so idk what is boring/generic and what is not :/ Yeah, like beauty that can be experimented with. And alot of certain outfits/crazy hairstyles are just used to draw attention/idk what else. Like with Jihyun's crazy 'carrot' hair in 4minute's recent promotions apparently got her alot of attention, which is probably the most attention she's ever had in her entire career. Which when you think about it, is actually quite sad.

I always feel like I'm being judged when I return something, omg. It's not like I don't deserve it half the time because I am an idiot but still.

Hahah it's Suzy! I'm pretty sure it's a predebut picture, so. But Soshi was hard!! It took me like a month to be able to differentiate them all, and I remember right when I thought I had it completely down I sat through an entire performance thinking Seohyun was Yuri.

I HAVE THIS LIKE, tendency to be really fond of useless groups and useless members -- like Noeul of Rainbow and my weird obsession with Azi of Chi-Chi. ANYWAY FOR REAL I THINK THAT'S WHY 2PM IS ONE OF THE BOY BANDS I AM FONDEST OF (I mean "boy bands I am fondest of", even my favorite is like number #10 overall, boys are boring), because they are so useless. Also I kind of agree about Yoona's acting but kind of don't: I mean I do think it was instrumental in getting her out to the public and therefore the group out to the public, but I don't really think she just happened to be the actress. She was always meant to be the face of the group, and the same people who put her in the center of the choreography are the same people who got her the spots in those dramas. But I mean SNSD would be nowhere close to where it is without her, so. I mean. It's hard to fuss about.

I Am the Best was LAME, I Don't Care was AWESOME!! But yeah it definitely was 2009, and it's seriously sad because I loved EVERY SONG on their first mini but I don't think I've been more than "eh it's fine" enthusiastic about anything sense. AND UGH THAT CSJH WAS SO MUCH MORE FUN THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN, they were just broing out and ugh it was kind of fantastic.

Hahaha so true. AND UGH 4MINUTE, their poor attention disparity. I just like, love all of them so much but god they are so mispromoted :(

Omg me too!!! I had to return this bag I bought online a couple of days ago and I was just like, totally avoiding checking my email because I thought they were going to be like NOPE, NO GO. But of course they were super nice about it.
