It's been a long eight months since XF2 became official, and there have been so many doubting Thomas moments -- David-looks-old-and-bloated moments, Gillian-looks-weird-and-bony moments, look-at-their-scary-wrinkles moments -- and I know I have had a vague but constant undertone of worry if they were really still young enough to play the two incredibly good-looking FBI agents they spent so many years portraying.

ALL THAT IS OVER.

SO MUCH YES. SO MUCH YES. GILLIAN IN PINK ROOM WITH THE HAIR AND THE PRETTY? AND THEN THE BIRD'S-EYE VIEW AND IT JUST- IT'S THEM, IT'S REALLY THEM! I HAVE EXCITED BUBBLESSSSSS IN MY BELLY.
