I think if they were going for emotional manipulation they would have thrown in an ambiguous shot of Athena hugging Hera and crying. But they didn't, and considering how they've usually dealt with Helo ("Let's kill him off!" "But the audience loves him!" "Well then... let's not!" "Sounds great!") I wouldn't be surprised if they changed their mind at the last minute. ://///
