I think part of it is that on a fundamental Alex level I do not want them to give up all their spacey technology and antibiotics and good things for prehistoric earth. And then, secondarily, this whole two earths thing is RIDICULOUS and NOT RIGHT, and thirdly it's the preachiness. BUT I'M GOING TO STOP, I know you loved it and I'm so glad you did and I hate ruining parades for people.
I really think they were going to kill Helo, then decided not to? I can see that! It felt more manipulative and intentional to me as I was watching but now that the heat of the moment is over I guess you're probably right. I can't tell you how glad I am they didn't do that, Aly, but you probably already know.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm. That does sound kind of lovely. But Tigh had hair when Adama met him? (CAN I SAY, since we're talking about cylons, it was weird: aside from my obvious, consuming love for Helo/Athena, the other two ships I was sort of more than passingly fond of were Baltar/Six and Tigh/Ellen, so... in a weird way, everything actually worked out really well for me, in terms of characters getting happy endings. POOR LEE THOUGH.)
