OMG RIGHT? Same heeeeere. Because the prompt actually has very little to do with what I actually offered. It's based on such a technicality that this one was even assigned to me AND SLDKFJLDSf. Probably I will just write the fic I know I can write, and hopefully my recipient will not hate me??? /whine. Ummm when we are both writing and freaking out tomorrow, maybe we could rant at each other a little BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE I NEED THAT. This, right here, this is therapeutic.

Yeah, that's probably the best way to go. That sucks though! And I know what you mean! I kind of wish I hadn't offered this particular fandom, because like, I love it, but... that makes it worse? I mean, it's not some silly TV show, I have to do it justice, and... :( But this theraputic! BUT! In a minute I am going to have to open Q10 and ignore the internet.

I... forget, it's for a ~secret santa~ thing adinfinitum's doing. I imagine I will have to be done by the 23rdish? Although if the going gets tough, I might end up picspamming instead. WE'LL SEE.

I DON'T KNOW WHY I SIGN UP FOR THESE THINGS. That's a lie, though, I do-- it's because I pretty much do not write otherwise. I thought about doing xf_santa too this year, I cannot tell you how glad I am I did not end up doing it.

What's the due date for xf_santa?

That is exactly why I sign up for these things, too! I'm going to get my xf_santa fic finished come hell or high water given that it's a gift for someone, but seriously, if I'm not writing for somebody I'm basically not writing at all. I had such high hopes for NaNo and then I wrote, like, 1000 words total? It's really pathetic.

The due date for xf_santa is any time between December 24 and January 1, so I still have a decent amount of time, but I just wish I could start it.

Also -- was that you attempting to start an XF shift on the meme earlier? I was sad that it never went anywhere. :(

Exaaaaaaaactly. It's like, the responsibility of the thing-- if I'm just idly writing something I can let it go, but if I have promised it to someone else, it is an obligation. AND HA, yeah. I didn't do so hot at nano either this year-- I think it was my lack of a structured plot. I'm sad you didn't do so well! Your idea was awesome.

And n, that was not me. I don't think I've been at all today. Also I like to have backup :(

haha, i noticed that it seemed to be. the first time i came by there were 21 comments. but, yay 200 words? :D

since the night i didn't fall asleep until 6 this morning because i was so freaking hungry last night that i ate all the chocolate in my dorm. and watched 3am tv. and went to bed at like 4:45am and did not fall asleep until like six. and then i slept until 1:40, which fucked with my christmas shopping plans. :( but yeah, my poor body is so confused - i love how i've royally messed up my sleep schedule over the course of like three days. THOUGH CLEARLY I AM NOT SLEEPING, SO. oops.

i'm boredd, alex. entertain me. what is your yuletide about anyways? (or is that a secret thing? idk anything about it, but i maybe remembering seeing someone say something about that? if so, nevermindd haha.)
