- fathers and daughters - older brother figures (and i guess older sisters too? idk.) - emotional retardation/allergic to feelings - people carrying other people - bffs who fall in love - ridiculous pining - platonic love of any kind but especially between a boy and a girl - people losing things and starting over, i guess? like those fics i told you about that were exactly the same, where the main character's significant other dies, but also like that time we got really into sarah/shaw and made up that au - that's sort of the same idea. - girls who are dudes and boys who have too many feelings - codependency, obviously - domesticity, especially either a) domesticity forced by ridiculous external forces or b) unwitting domesticity - trapped together thinking they're going to die - i am trying to figure out how to describe "harry kim" as a trope...
