I consider them all different entities. For example, I would never post the same thing on two different vehicles. I don't use Tumblr too often, and I use twitter as a little add-on for my fashion blog, if you like, and I plan on using it when I'm overseas to let my family know what is happening.
I love LiveJournal, and I hate the fact that posts have slowed down. I think it's so much more personal (for obvious reasons) than anything else out there and I like that I can just connect with people from other sides of the globe with similar interests. For me, LJ is more about this than 'blogging', if you like.
