Yo internerds! It has been a really long time since we have spent extended time remarking on how Gillian Anderson is not only the prettiest, but also basically the best person on the planet. BUT DO NOT FRET, friends, I have prepared a mini picspam (of ESQUIRE OUTTAKES!!!!! Jeeeeeesus, this may be my favorite photoshoot to date) to help correct our blasphemy.

Oh Alex, she is just my favourite. The first one in the mask! The silly face one in heels! The later mask ones! The ones with her incredibly lovely hair everywhere (oh my god, hot!), the creepy alien hand ones! I don't even know what else to saaaaaaay, except how does she exist? She is so delightful it's kind of ridiculous.

And ever since I was skimming through Bones fanfic and saw this summary where Booth meets Mulder and Mulder gives him advice about being attracted to one's partner I've been thinking about how cracktastic a crossover fic of Bones and The X-Files would be and how freaking kickass Scully and Brennan would be together
