OKAY THE VERY IDEA THAT IT MIGHT GET CANCELLED??? KILLS ME. I might even be heartbroken enough not to watch anything else on NBC out of pure spite. (in which case, GOODBYE, COMEDY THURSDAY, I'LL MISS YOU LOTS! But FNL doesn't count because it's also on the Dish network.)
BUT GOD, seriously, even if I haven't ever hit that point of fannish intensity with Chuck, it never ever disappoints. I think the 3D episode was the series low, and it wasn't even that terrible (it just wasn't Chuck, it was some gross, uncomfortable, NBC-approved, superbowl-viewer-friendly version of it). I feel like even the ideas that I wouldn't think I'd like in theory (i.e. Orion!Dad) are always executed perfectly. If there were no Buy Morons, this show would be practically perfect in every way.
I know everyone and their mom has said this, but I'm loving the way they're setting up Bon Iver to be the go-to Chuck/Sarah sound. And yeah that was last week. Godddddddd that felt longer!
