OK, I totally meant to start watching the show when it first aired because it seemed right up my alley. But (and I have this same problem with other potentially great shows, too) I feel like if I don't follow a cult hit from Day 1, its popularity eventually turns me off. (Same happened to Pushing Daisies - mind you, the popularity is obviously not based on ratings, but popularity among the fandom world, I guess.) So I did end up seeing one episode of Supernatural eventually and it just didn't click with me.

Besides, who REALLY needs another fandom?
