no. basically if you were predisposed to being a certain way as a human, you become moarso as a vampire, so edward became a telepath, and alice became a trufax precog, and jasper is an empath (in the regular sense, not in the sense of peter petrelli), but a lot of the vampires have more regular traits: rosalie became the most beautiful girl in the world, and emmett is rly strong, and carlisle has IRON WILL or something.
