I DON'T REALLY HAVE ANYTHING TO BACK THAT STATEMENT UP WITH, just a ~feeling~, I don't know. I could just be talking out of my ass! But yeah it wasn't him who wrote it and I'm fairly sure they toned it down a lot from what it was originally, the sex was supposed to be more explicit and they took it out/made it ambiguous.
oh my god she is seriously so perfect, I love that honestly so much of this is her own damn fault, like... Mulder is totally a douchebag but at the same time she makes herself so hard to read, and she bottles everything up until instead of talking about it or trying to make a real effort, she just ends up bitching at him about the desk and telling him "no." like a two year old.
