Not including Coach/Mrs. Coach because please, everyone ever ships them.
Basically this. Always.
I am still trying to wrap my head around just ONE MORE EPISODE. I am all caught up and ready, and I have SO MANY FEELINGS. I want to go back to the beginning and watch the whole show all over again.
I was actually thinking about the oldbies and how things could have/maybe would have been different if Jason hadn't been injured in the pilot. I think you're probably right that not much changed in terms of where they went, but in some cases, they did change in terms of who they were. I guess I'm mostly thinking of Lyla, though. I feel like she changed a lot because of Jason's injury, although I guess there were certainly other things in her life that changed her. That just seems like the first big blow to what was an almost perfect world when we first saw her.
Ugh, I love this Eric/Tami thing so much. I will not love it so much if they, you know, decide to divorce next week, but for now I am just ALL OVER the flawlessness of these two people who love each other so much and have to make this really difficult decision that, if you take a step back, really SHOULDN'T be that difficult. Except it is.
Tim/Tyra hooking up didn't bother me as much as I though it would. I don't know what to make of that. I don't want a lot of it, but I'm okay with the way it happened here.
You know who I love? GRANDMA SARACEN. Also, Julie. I am going to miss Aimee Teegarden and Connie Britton having scenes together. HOW ARE THEY SO GOOD?
Also, how has this show not won a million awards? There is no justice in the world.
... I will probably be back later with more. I am just so full of everything about this show right now. This is going to be a bit of an All-FNL-All-The-Time Week for me. I can feel it.
