HE WASN'T EVEN FUCKING PAYING ATTENTION, IT WAS LIKE THEY TOLD RUPERT TO LOOK SPACEY AND BORED. Because yeah, Harry and Hermione: totally better than Ron. I think that is why I like, loathe Harry/Hermione so much more than I realistically should-- because so often much of their "they should be together" arguments hinge on how Harry is smarter/better/braver/not as whiny, ALL THESE STUPID THINGS THAT JUST MAKE ME SO ANGRY. And the fact that Steve Kloves so obviously thinks the same way just makes it so much fucking wooooorse. I don't know how he managed to do okay this time, although idk. Yeah. It wasn't perfect. I kind of talked myself out of liking the dancing scene because in a way it reminds me of the scene in HBP where Harry comforts Hermione over Ron's ~misdeeds~ because they both kind of... ascribe a sensitivity to Harry that he... doesn't actually have?! BUT IDK IT WAS STILL CUTE. I am conflicted.
