Ahhh dude, oh my god, so many feelings just LOOKING at this. I swear, the things this show does to my emotions, it is not even funny. Also, this is supremeeeely gorgeous, I agree that the graininess of the shot actually adds something where in most shows it would detract. And Jess/Vince FOREVER, the scenes where all they could do was sit and cry and cling to each other? My heart, breaking. Going into this season I had worried that I wouldn't ~connect~ with the new characters like I did the original Panthers, but in true FNL style, they hooked me. I am literally counting the minutes until I can come home tonight and watch the premiere.
