I that it's always interesting! Mostly because... I honestly think that, even though some people are good at both -- everyone has a mode. They are either an actor, or a director, or a writer, not all three. It's not even necessarily what they're good at, it's what they think as. Maybe I am making that up though, now I can't think of that many writer-actors now.
