I'm always kind of impressed by how good SM at like -- picking the talentless ones though, idk. Like they have a really good eye for when someone has that ~it factor~ that will make it not matter. (Have you ever seen Heechul's audition? It's like the most terrible thing that has ever happened to auditions but I mean, choosing him was a good choice, he has a huge fan following.) BUT SHE REALLY IS SO PRETTY, never over her face.

I HADN'T SEEN THAT TUMBLR and it is amazing omg (there goes my Saturday), I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW HE'S A REAL PERSON!! But I am so glad he is :(
