X-Files rocked my socks before I even wore socks. Not really, but it seems dramatic enough. I miss it ever so though, but the potential movie = great news! Bones is good, too; or was, can't say I'm much of a fan of the recent episodes. Haha, perhaps we will run into each other adding a random profile!

Gossip Girl is my current guilty pleasure, though, strangely enough, I care immensely more about Rufus/Lily than any of the younger pairings, despite being closer in age with the teens, of course, haha.

I LOVE RUFUS/LILY, and I am so glad to hear you do tooooo, because 95% of the Gossip Girl fans on my flist are hardcorely into Dan/Serena (which is great! I love them a lot too!) BUT RUFUS/LILY. I have a long standing pattern of falling in love with the adult aspect of teen shows. It's a slight problem.

Thing is, Dan/Serena is great and everything (they are good for each other, and they actually have a functional relationship where they talk out their issues, which is a rare thing in teenage couples on TV and which I like a lot), but if Dan/Serena and Rufus/Lily cannot simultaneously work out because of the incestuous undertones, I'd totally pick Rufus/Lily over Dan/Serena :D

PS, I wish I had a Rufus/Lily icon as awesome as yours.

Also, although I have never in my life seen even a little bit of the X-Files, I have friends who have and so I will understand the craziness, seeing as I would be peeing my pants off if it were my fandom. Plus. It is the scary times of strike: fangirls need to focus on the little spoilers they have left.

I don't know about soulmates, but we have lots of stuff in common (fandom wise and rambly wise) and we have friends in common. ANDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD we talked once on Tenacious_Err's LJ. Also we have Icons from the same fandoms and well that's gotta mean something right???
